Tim Weinert, President & Owner - Tim founded Whirlwind Services in 1984 with a single sweeper trucker in Bellingham, WA. Today the company handles 500 properties in four states with 120 vehicles and 150 employees. Tim is an Ironman Triathlete, coaches wrestling and football, all while running a farm with his wife and two children in Duvall.
Beryl Simpson, Chief Financial Officer - Beryl brought her 30 years of accounting and legal experience to Whirlwind in 2009 as CFO. As a lawyer she also serves as Corporate Secretary and In-House Counsel. Beryl enjoys spending time with friends and family (especially grandchildren), travel, skiing, reading and walking. Her passion is to find a cure for breast cancer and she walks in the 3-day 60-mile walk in the fall.
Matt Weinert, Operations Manager for Western WA & Oregon/Principal – Matt joined the team in 1995 as a sweeper and worked up through the company and played a key role in developing the Special Operations Department. Today Matt oversees all operations for the Western Washington and Oregon area. Outside of work Matt enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding, surfing, and anything outdoors.
Kristen Robinson, Client Services Manager – Kristen joined Whirlwind in 2006. Her previous construction company back office experience has helped her lead Whirlwind’s Client Services department. Kristen is a proud mother of four children and enjoys horseback riding on her 20 acre farm in Carnation.
Tiffany Stumpf-Weinert, Environmental Services Manager - Tiffany started developing Whirlwind’s stormwater maintenance programs when she joined in 2006 and currently manages the Environmental Services Division. She graduated from the UW with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Environmental Science and Restoration Ecology. She enjoys softball, skiing, surfing, and has a passion to travel to all 7 continents.
